About the Role:
A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join their Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects across data centres, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes for complex projects.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams.
* Monitor progress and update programmes accordingly.
* Conduct critical path and delay analysis.
* Provide planning input at pre-construction and tender stages
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a planning role within construction.
* Proven experience working on large-scale projects (data centres, pharma, or life sciences preferred).
* Proficient in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
