Company:IE3 FedEx Express Ireland LimitedAddress:Unit 3A Airways Industrial Estate, Constellation Road, CloghranScheduled Weekly Hours:39Worker Type:RegularPosting Start Date5-Jan-2026Posting Close Date:14-Jan-2026Job Family:FXE-EU: Ramp Agent (ID)Position Summary:As a Ramp Agent at Dublin you will ensure the timely processing and movement of inbound and outbound freight for assigned flights by completing the necessary paperwork and verification of documentation in an accurate and timely manner.We believe that our strengths come from our differences, and we actively invest in recruiting and retaining a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve.Working hours: 39 hours per weekSalary: To be confirmedShift pattern: Each of the 3 vacancies will have a different working pattern to be discussed at interview, but see below for a rough guide:- Tuesday–Friday: plus Sunday Sunday - Wednesday -Sunday p.m.You will be working to strict deadlines, verify cargo manifests against system information and amend any discrepancies, prepare transit documents for all un-cleared ground movement freight and deal with internal /external customer queries on all types of freight movements whilst advising the required documentation in order for onward movement. These responsibilities are to be completed in compliance with all operational, security and safety policies, procedures, standards and processes.The role also involves working closely with the warehouse teams under strict time deadlines and pressurized situations to meet flight schedules with most efficient load plans.To be successful in this role you will require:• Excellent PC Skills to work within our bespoke systems.• Good communication skills on all levels.• Excellent time management skills.• Ability to manage own time effectively with attention to detail.Full training will be given along with a competitive salary and benefits package.We also offer excellent career opportunities for those who are keen to progress in a supportive "can do" and rapidly expanding environment.Diversity & Inclusion is more than the workplace.
