The role of a Training and Compliance Specialist is to ensure that the team is adequately trained to adhere to regulations, guidance, industry best practices, and internal policies and procedures.
This involves identifying and implementing plans to develop experts in GDP and Aseptic Operations, continuously enhancing training activities. The specialist will assess and address training needs for employees, working with internal and external providers to meet current and future business needs.
A key responsibility of this role is to prepare customized training materials based on role and level, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative, and statutory requirements. This includes developing operational procedures to maintain best practices and regulatory compliance, generating reports and tracking training data.
In addition, the Training and Compliance Specialist will provide training support for plant initiatives, including Commissioning/Qualification activities. Regular reporting to the Operations Lead and addressing potential issues like resource gaps or training concerns are also essential responsibilities of this role.
