Role Overview

Irish Life Wellbeing was established in 2021 with a clear mission: to deliver expert-led, tailored wellbeing solutions to Ireland’s leading corporates. Since then, we’ve continued to grow and evolve, becoming a trusted partner in workplace wellbeing.

We’re now looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our expanding Design & Delivery team. In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering innovative, insight-driven wellbeing programmes that support our clients in achieving meaningful behaviour change and long-term wellbeing goals. You’ll work at the intersection of customer needs, market trends, and emerging industry insights—helping some of Ireland’s top employers lead the way in workplace wellbeing.

More Specific Responsibilities Will Include

You will be a key member of the team and your responsibilities will be as follows:

* Personal delivery (in-person and online) of interactive and engaging programmes, with a focus on mental wellbeing, using a variety of delivery formats (e.g. masterclasses, interactive workshops and digital learnings)
* Ensuring we are achieving the highest scores for engagement and impact as measured by tools such as NPS and CSAT
* Sharing your expertise through the delivery of bespoke train the trainer programmes within the Irish Life Wellbeing team
* Provision of expert-led consultancy to various stakeholders (e.g. Occupational Health; HR; SLT) on Corporate Wellbeing
* Design of new programmes based on wellbeing trends & insights and design of bespoke content in response to client requests

What you will need to be successful in the role

Requirements For Role

* Proven track record in the delivery of impactful training programmes, combined with strong group facilitation skills
* Proven track record in the design of engaging training programme content
* Strong knowledge of mental health/ mental wellbeing topics
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience working with senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills (written; verbal; presentation)

Desirable Skills And Qualifications

* Qualification in Psychology (e.g. Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Positive Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Health Psychology) or Counselling & Psychotherapy
* Qualification in Learning & Development
* Experience in Personal & Executive Coaching
* Corporate consultancy experience
* Proven track record in designing and delivering corporate wellbeing programmes
