Role Description
The Ireland Client Expenses Team is responsible for the payment of Third Party, Management, Performance and Directors fee payments, as well as the calculation and filing of all related tax returns. The team also prepares and reviews client budgets on a quarterly basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of the Ireland Client Expenses operational process
* Lead and guide partners, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness across a broad spectrum of financial and accounting matters
* Drive review and approval of payments and budgets, file tax returns, and resolve client queries
* Maintain unrivalled client satisfaction and continuously improve departmental performance
Requirements
* Experience in oversight of an accounts payable function for a multi-national organization
* Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, presentation, leadership, and motivational skills
* Proven client management skills with deliverable deadlines in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
* Strong PC skills, notably MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
