Technical Production Operative - Moore Concrete - Ballymena
This is an excellent opportunity to join Moore Concrete in Ballymena as a Technical Production Operative. Working on the production floor, you will monitor computer-controlled systems and ensure materials are accurately measured and prepared to maintain product quality and minimise waste, while supporting efficient operations and high safety standards.
About this role:
£16.00 per hour
Monday to Friday (7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm)
40 hours per week
30 days annual leave including statutory holidays

What you'll be doing in this role:
Operate and monitor computer-controlled production systems to ensure accurate measurement and mixing of materials.
Ensure production batches meet required specifications and quality standards.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure correct measurements and minimise material waste.
Monitor production screens and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation throughout the production process.
Work closely with the production team to ensure materials are supplied in line with production schedules.
Carry out routine equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company health and safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Assist with general production duties as required.
