About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure club on a daily basis, while also providing exceptional customer care and supporting employee development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure the smooth running of the leisure club, including managing staff and resources effectively.
2. Provide excellent customer service, responding to member needs and concerns in a timely manner.
3. Support employee training and development, helping them to improve their skills and performance.
4. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures across all service areas.
5. Assist with recruitment and rostering of staff to meet business needs.
Requirements
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Strong team work and leadership skills.
* At least 2 years experience working in the fitness industry.
* Certified Gym Instructor and Class Instructor qualifications.
* Possession of fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (desired but training can be provided).
* Pool Plant Room operator certification desirable but not essential.
* Degree in sport or fitness desirable.
