Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze demand forecasts to determine material requirements.
* Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
* Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory to meet production needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required. Relevant experience in materials planning, supply chain or manufacturing operations is also necessary. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is expected. Additionally, strong Excel skills for data analysis are required.
