As a Project Manager with our client, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing key projects within our client’s organization. From overseeing the development and implementation of new pharmaceutical products to ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of the projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to ensure project milestones are met.
* Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
* Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of Project Management experience, complemented by roles in Operations, Logistics, Change Management, etc.
* Advanced degree or PMP certification with flexibility in methodologies like Prince, Waterfall, or SAFe.
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.
* Proven track record as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry is beneficial.
* Proficiency in EU languages is advantageous.
