Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Rigid Truck Driver role based in Drogheda. The primary responsibilities include operating a rigid truck to collect end-of-life tyres, adhering to scheduled collection routes, and ensuring prompt and professional service. Additional duties include performing vehicle checks, loading and unloading tyres in compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate records for each collection. The driver will also ensure compliance with all relevant DOT regulations.
Qualifications
* Possession of a valid CDL Class A license and proven experience in truck driving
* Proficiency in vehicle operations, including handling rigid trucks and familiarity with unloading procedures
* Knowledge of DOT Regulations and adherence to safety and compliance guidelines
* Physical capability to perform loading and unloading tasks
* Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and logs
* A strong commitment to safety and punctuality
* Previous experience in recycling or waste management is an advantage
