What you will do:
As a Principal Engineer on the Industrialization team in AMagine, you will work with a team of technical process owners on various solutions for our innovative products. You will interface with cross-functional teams both locally and globally.
1. Drive technical governance, promote lean engineering, and ensure scalable industrialization practices from concept to production.
2. Have a deep understanding of manufacturing technologies and business systems, collaborate cross-functionally, and pursue continuous improvement.
3. Work closely with manufacturing process owners across various domains to deliver innovative solutions.
4. Provide knowledge and training on Additively Manufactured Materials, including Metals and Polymers.
5. Define business system requirements for Digital & IT to support scalable manufacturing solutions.
6. Collaborate with senior leaders across engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing to ensure program success.
7. Plan and schedule activities independently to meet program deliverables.
8. Establish and run a Continuous Improvement program cycle.
9. Manage business performance metrics and reporting using Power BI and OSI Pi.
10. Interface for value stream engineering and program review levels.
11. Anticipate the impact of new products on the production system and manage portfolio integration.
12. Lead deployment of overarching process models and systems thinking within the business.
13. Align product and value stream development roadmaps, including bottom-up technology and digital platform alignment.
14. Lead and participate in Kaizen initiatives to support global business development.
What you will need:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Level 8 Degree)
2. 8+ years of experience in relevant fields
3. Proven ability to work effectively in team environments
