Care Assistant Needed in West Belfast £13.00 per hour Hours: 12-hour night shifts, working 3 or 4 nights per week (36 or 48 hours per week) Key Duties: Provide overnight care and support to residents in line with care plans Assist with personal care, toileting, and repositioning Conduct regular welfare checks and ensure safety throughout the night Accurately record care notes and report any concerns Carry out light domestic duties such as laundry and tidying communal areas Ensure effective handovers with day staff Requirements: Previous experience in a healthcare or residential care setting Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently Strong communication skills Eligible to work in the UK Skills: healthcare personal care care assistant care Nursing 1-1 support worker
