We are currently seeking a passionate, driven, and highly organized Wedding & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.Job OverviewThe Wedding & Sales Executive will play a key role in driving wedding and event sales, ensuring every guest experiences the magic of Kilronan Castle. You will be the primary contact for wedding couples from initial enquiry to the big day, while also supporting the sales strategy for corporate and private events.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for all wedding enquiries, viewings, and bookings.Manage the full wedding sales process – from initial enquiry, site inspections, quoting and contracting, to seamless handover to operations.Deliver exceptional, personalized service to couples, ensuring their experience reflects the Kilronan Castle brand.Work closely with the events and banqueting team to ensure flawless execution of weddings and functions.Proactively identify and pursue new wedding and event sales opportunities.Attend bridal shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote the castle as a premier wedding venue.Prepare and maintain detailed function sheets and wedding files.Collaborate with Digital Marketing to support promotional campaigns and social media content.Assist in meeting overall sales targets and KPIs for weddings and private events.Maintain strong relationships with wedding vendors and suppliers.Provide detailed and timely reports to the Weddings Manager.RequirementsProven experience in wedding or event sales, preferably within a 4* or 5* luxury venue.Passion for hospitality, with a strong understanding of the wedding industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and administrative abilities.Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and a flair for creativity.Flexible schedule – availability to work weekends.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.A warm, professional, and polished demeanour.What We Offer:Competitive Salary with potential for Bonus scheme.Opportunities for training and career progression within the Hanly Castle Group.Meals on duty and uniform provided.Employee Discount for our Spa & Leisure Centre .OIH Member Discount.Employee Assistance Programme.Kilronan Castle Estate & Spa is an Equal Opportunities EmployerJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Boyle, County Roscommon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
