Community Nurse
The role of a Community Nurse is to provide high-quality nursing care in the community. This involves visiting patients in their homes and providing clinical services to meet their needs.
The nurse will work as part of a team, using their clinical, communication and interpersonal skills to provide a seamless service while liaising closely with the nursing director and the clients' multi-disciplinary team.
