From international students to tourists worldwide, we welcome thousands of guests from different countries with different purposes, whether in Dublin, Cork, Faro in Portugal or Barcelona in Spain.
We aim to offer our customers a comfortable, convenient, high-quality accommodation experience.
With a wide range of accommodation options, we work to meet each customer's individual needs and preferences.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour towards guests and staff
Respond to all guest questions and requests through all our communication channels
Answer our WhatsApp and phone calls
Manage guest bookings and reservations
Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Make reservations in person
Key Functional Competencies
At least 1 year of experience working as a hotel receptionist or customer service role
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Advanced English & Spanish
Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Availability to work during the night (including weekends)
Ability to learn and manage systems

Experience / Education
A bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hotel Management is a plus
Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Candidates with equivalent work experience or relevant certifications will also be considered
