The RoleOxygeneration are currently seeking a committed and highly organised Clinic Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations at their clinic in Galway. This role involves supervising clinical and administrative staff, overseeing hyperbaric oxygenation sessions, and ensuring exceptional standards of client care, safety, and compliance.Responsibilities· Oversee the daily functioning of the clinic and ensure smooth running of all services.· Conduct and monitor hyperbaric oxygenation therapy sessions.· Plan and coordinate client care and services to ensure a seamless and supportive client journey.· Supervise and support clinic associates, ensuring high standards of professionalism and efficiency.· Assist in the training and ongoing development of team members.· Promote a positive and collaborative team culture with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.· Ensure an exceptional standard of customer service and client care is delivered at all times.· Respond effectively to client feedback, concerns, or queries.· Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.· Ensure full compliance with the Data Protection Act and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.Requirements· Previous experience in a supervisory, healthcare, wellness, or clinical setting is highly desirable.· Knowledge of, or willingness to train in, hyperbaric oxygenation therapy.· Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.· Strong customer service ethos and ability to lead by example.· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Job Type: Full-timePay: €34,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountApplication question(s):Why do you think you would fit this role?Would you be available to interview Monday the 15th of December?Education:Leaving Certificate (preferred)Experience:Customer service: 2 years (preferred)Sales: 1 year (preferred)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
