Performance Objectives:
* Manage the team of Functional and Technical Consultants in the ERP Practice.
* Support presales activities by contributing to solution design, estimates, and client presentations during the sales cycle
* Develop and enhance the skills and professionalism of the team and team members.
* Take a lead role in the design and implementation of several ERP projects in parallel with day to day role.
* Assist with Practice Lead activities – Monthly Forecasting, Customer Billing, Customer
* Relationship Management.
* Taking full accountability for the successful outcome of projects.
* Design and deliver solutions, with an emphasis on leveraging ERP and related technologies, including solution planning, development, installation, configuration, customisation and optimisation.
* Liaise with Storm's technical consultants in the deployment of solutions.
* Consulting and implementation work where required.
* Ensuring all internal policies and procedures are complied with.
* Prepare and provide end-user training to client personnel.
* Provision of on-going support to clients post implementation.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent.
* 5+ years experience in D365 BC
* 5+ years post qualification experience in a relevant finance role
* Professional accounting qualification.
* Experience delivering financial consolidations and reporting.
* Strong Excel skills required.
* Proven track record of managing teams, preferably in the consulting industry.
