Dynamic Solution Builder
This key role shapes innovative, scalable solutions in dynamic enterprise environments. As a contracted Solution Architect, you will bridge business needs with technology solutions, ensuring successful end-to-end HR transformation.
Responsibilities:
* Design and oversee the architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, aligning with business goals.
* Lead workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders to define robust solution designs.
* Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
* Provide technical leadership on integrations, data migration, and platform scalability.
* Ensure compliance with best practices and governance frameworks in cloud HR technology.
Requirements:
* Proven experience architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ideally across Employee Central and at least one other module (Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS).
* Strong knowledge of integration tools and methodologies (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, APIs).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A track record of delivering HRIS transformations in medium to large organisations.
* SAP SuccessFactors certifications and experience in Agile or hybrid project environments are a plus.
