This is not a typical banking role.
This is a front-row seat to how global corporate banking really works.
You’ll be working directly with senior dealmakers, advising some of the most important clients, predominantly in the Food & Agriculture and Energy Transition sectors, but also within technology and constructiontransactions, strategic client conversations, and complex deal structuring — not stuck in the background.
If you’re ambitious, commercially minded, and want to accelerate your career in corporate banking, this is the kind of platform that can change your trajectory.
The Opportunity
You will join a high-performing Global Corporate Clients team responsible for managing and growing relationships with large international clients.
This role goes far beyond administration — you will be actively involved in:
Supporting senior bankers on origination, structuring, and execution of transactions
Working across a broad product suite including lending, structured finance, M&A, hedging, and acquisition financing
Developing deep sector insight across Food & Agri and Energy Transition, as well as construction and technology
Engaging directly with clients and internal stakeholders across Europe
The objective is simple: drive growth, deepen relationships, and deliver commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll operate as a true partner to senior bankers, with exposure across the full deal lifecycle:
Client & Relationship Management
Support and gradually take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients
Prepare for and participate in client meetings and strategic discussions
Build internal and external networks across banking and advisory ecosystems
Deal Execution & Structuring
Assist in structuring transactions, drafting term sheets, and credit applications
Coordinate approvals, documentation, closing, and post-deal execution
Support syndication processes and deal team coordination
Commercial & Strategic Analysis
Analyse financials, assess risk, and identify commercial opportunities
Produce high-quality pitch materials and investment cases
Monitor pipeline, portfolio performance, and income generation
Risk, Compliance & Sustainability
Support KYC processes and regulatory compliance across the portfolio
Contribute to credit risk assessment and monitoring
Evaluate and report on client sustainability performance
What Sets This Role Apart
Real exposure – work directly with senior bankers and decision-makers
End-to-end deal involvement – from origination to execution
Global platform – collaborate across international teams and sectors
Future-focused sectors – Technology, Construction, Food & Agri and Energy Transition
Accelerated learning curve – steep, but highly rewarding
