Unijobs on behalf of our client are currently recruiting for a number of administrator roles in Tipperary.
The positions are to be filled ASAP with any interested candidates to be available to commence work immediately.
The working week will consist of 35 hours.
The hourly rate of pay will range from €15 - €17 per hour.
Temporary month to month contract .
Roles are typically Monday - Friday.
*This position may be subject to Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance, if applicable you will be required to obtain these prior to commencing in this role* Purpose of the Post To provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and secretarial support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: May be required to travel to other sites as part of the role Preparation, checking & processing of data Typing of letters & reports.
Health centre reception cross covering Telephone/dealing with public, switch board Issuing EHIC cards Stationary orders Off-site storage filing Clerical assistance Maintaining / updating records as required Correspondence management Preparation of reports often to tight deadlines Supporting research projects Any other administrative support as requested Any other duties that may be assigned Create and update records and databases Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist colleagues as requested.
Co-ordination of Meetings, Recording of Minutes/Actions Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to organise work with an organized manner.
