Overview of the Role:
As part of a dynamic, multi-skilled and small team, your role is to ensure that our engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget and exceeding scope and delivery expectations. You will primarily work from home, with a requirement to attend client sites. You will develop and manage the company’s project management processes, identify and implement appropriate project management tools, and identify and engage with new suppliers and partner organizations to promote and support company growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Specific requirement for project manager with experience on mechanical and electrical multidisciplinary projects.
* Oversee the full lifecycle of technical projects, from design phase to final handover.
* Coordinate and manage third-party providers of electrical and mechanical services.
* Plan and manage both internal and subcontracted resources for project execution.
* Prepare and monitor cash flow, project budgets, and schedule of works.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and technical standards.
* Liaise with design engineers, consultants, and the site team to ensure correct and safe implementation.
* Prepare and issue project scope documents, technical requirements, and installation details.
* Attend client and site meetings to report on progress, address issues, and ensure alignment.
* Support the preparation of cost estimates and technical proposals for new enquiries.
* Track project progress and financials using internal systems and tools.
* Validate energy savings and performance results from delivered mechanical/electrical upgrades.
Required Skills for this Role:
* 3–5 years of multidisciplinary project management experience (e.g., energy efficiency, mechanical, electrical systems) in commercial, industrial, or critical environments.
* Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, lighting, boilers, cooling systems, BMS/EMS, etc., and energy efficiency technologies.
* Understanding of power generation and renewable energy systems.
* Practical knowledge of project management principles and stakeholder engagement.
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering, energy systems, project management, or a related field.
* Strong analytical, decision-making, planning, and negotiating skills.
* Proficient in project management software and tools; familiarity with Google
* Workspace and Monday.com is a plus.

Location and Travel:
This role will be based in the UK. There will be requirements for client site visits as required.
