We're seeking an accomplished retail leader to spearhead our operations across multiple channels.
This senior management role requires close collaboration with our CEO to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing daily operations across retail stores, e-commerce, and headquarters.
* Managing finances, budgets, and procurement to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Developing and implementing HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
* Supporting and developing store managers, overseeing new store openings, and managing vendor relationships.
* Owning e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth running of Shopify, fulfilment, and logistics.
* Working closely with the CEO on reporting, strategy, and business planning.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 10+ years' experience in retail, operations, or area management.
* A strong background in finance, budgeting, and cost control.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR, including compliance and employee management.
* Proven ability to implement policies and processes in a rapidly scaling environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
