Outdoor and Fishing Sales Assistant to join our Team
Job Purpose: Assist customers by providing expert product knowledge and friendly service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with purchases.
Maintaining the sales floor and stock.
Inventory management.
Visual merchandising.
Assisting with completion of online sales.
Driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Adherence to cash handling procedures.
Take part in cycle counts and stock takes when needed.
Stay up to date on new products and maintain a strong knowledge of fishing techniques and gear.
Requirements:
Experience in retail or a passion for fishing and outdoor activities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated to achieve sales targets.
Customer-facing sales experience.
Strong product knowledge.
Friendly, helpful attitude.
