The Role Plan and schedule audits, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish Work directly with clients togather key information and resolve queries Investigate audit issues, providing expert recommendations and solutions Prepare detailed reports, outlining findings and suggesting corrective actions Collaborate withdirectors and partners, gaining invaluable experience in the audit process Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to their professional development Requirements Qualified or Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA At least 2 years experience in practice, (Irish Market expereince is essential) with a strong background in audit and accounts preparation Experience working witha variety of audit clients across different industriesis a plus Solidknowledge of audit processes and methodologies Excellent interpersonal skills able to build strong client relationships Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Salary & Benefits Salary: €58,000 €68,000 DOE Annual bonus up to 10% Pension contributions Hybrid & flexible working options On-site parking Clear career progression, with a structured path for advancement Regular company eventsto foster team culture and engagement Interested?
