This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, leading month-end close activities, supporting group consolidation, and strengthening financial controls across multiple entities. It is a hands‑on role requiring both technical accounting expertise and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. The Group Accountant will partner cross‑functionally to provide financial insights, improve processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. The position reports directly to the CEO.General AccountabilityFinancial Accounting & ReportingLead month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliationsPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variancesSupport and enhance preparation of management accounts and internal financial reportingEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial dataGroup Accounting & ConsolidationSupport group consolidation across multiple legal entitiesManage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminationsEnsure consistency in accounting policies across entitiesAssist in preparation of consolidated financial statementsStatutory & Audit SupportSupport preparation of statutory accounts across jurisdictionsCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providersEnsure compliance with local regulatory and reporting requirementsMaintain strong internal controls and documentation standardsAccounts Receivable & Billing OversightOversee billing processes, ensuring accuracy and completenessMonitor receivables and partner with stakeholders on collectionsReview customer invoicing,
