What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working in an Irish pharmacy (essential)
* Retail management experience (strong advantage)
* Pharmacy experience required
* Pharmacy Technician qualification (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confident in problem-solving, analysis, and time management
* Motivated by targets and passionate about customer service
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to achieve sales targets
* Ensure each team member understands their role and responsibilities
* Identify training needs and support team development
* Seek out and act on new business opportunities
* Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards
* Take on additional duties or projects as required
