Job Description
CS Calzature Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated HR Analyst to join its team based in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s human resources operations, providing analytical and administrative support across a range of HR functions. Responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports and metrics, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. The HR Analyst will also contribute to the development of workforce planning strategies, help streamline HR systems, and provide data‑driven insights to management to support decision‑making. This position requires strong organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in HR administration or data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Salary: €34,000 per year (€16.77 per hour – 39 hours per week)
