About the Role
As a Travel Executive, you will be working as part of a dynamic team based at our head office in Cork. The full-time role offers a 40-hour week with flexibility around working from home, while the part-time role consists of between 25-30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
* Deal with queries and communicate effectively with our network of travel agents.
* Solve problems and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
* Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system and human errors.
* Ensure high standards of working and attention to detail.
* Demonstrate excellent time-management skills, able to multitask, and thrive under pressure.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role within the leisure or corporate travel industry.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Basic knowledge of GDS systems is an advantage.
