Our organisation is currently looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join their expanding cyber team. This role involves monitoring alerts, investigating incidents and supporting the day-to-day operation of our security systems across a busy enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will work with internal IT teams and an external security operations centre provider to identify and respond to threats, manage vulnerabilities and improve our overall security posture. They will also be involved in awareness initiatives aimed at improving employee knowledge on cybersecurity best practices.
The key responsibilities for this role include monitoring and triaging system events, investigating endpoint security events, assisting with vulnerability remediation efforts as well as supporting various cybersecurity campaigns.
* Minimum 1-3 years experience in cybersecurity or IT support
* Experience working with SIEM tools like LogRhythm or Splunk
