Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant - Data Entry Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, focusing on data entry, secretarial duties, and managing referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper records.
2. Provide secretarial support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently.
4. Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to email inquiries.
5. Assist in managing and processing referrals, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
6. Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
* Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
