Job Overview
The primary objective of this position is to supervise daily maintenance operations and spearhead a comprehensive upgrade project at a 4-star hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the upkeep of property facilities and coordinating planned/reactionary maintenance across various areas of the hotel.
* Overseeing contractors & service providers, ensuring adherence to health & safety protocols, and liaising with architects/project teams.
