Luxury Hotel Duty Manager
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at a luxury 5-star resort in the west of Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily hotel operations, managing team members and setting performance standards.
* Lead and motivate staff, fostering a culture of excellence and guest engagement.
* Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their needs and resolving concerns.
* Collaborate with departments to coordinate events and guest experiences.
* Monitor and maintain room quality and public areas.
* Assist in staff training and development to uphold high standards.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reports, and guest feedback.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
