Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mixologist role based at Castlemartyr Resort in Castlemartyr. As a Mixologist, you will create innovative and classic cocktails, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a well-organized bar area. Responsibilities include crafting drink menus, adhering to health and safety standards, managing inventory, providing a memorable experience for guests, and ensuring top-notch service. You will also assist with training bar staff to maintain consistency and quality across all beverage offerings.
Qualifications
* Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
* Strong Food & Beverage knowledge with a focus on drink preparation, presentation, and bar operations.
* Ability to train staff on crafting cocktails and delivering superior beverage service.
* Culinary and mixology skills, including creating new recipes and understanding of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to providing a memorable guest experience.
* Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Prior experience as a mixologist or bartender in a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous.
