We’re looking for a Finance Manager who’s not just here to keep the books - but to own the financial heartbeat of a fast-growing startup. Someone who thrives in a hands-on role, loves making processes run like clockwork, and is excited by the idea of building the finance function of a scaling company from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:
* Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations - from paying invoices to chasing payments.
* Manage budgets and help build forecasts to keep us on track as we grow.
* Set up purchase orders and send invoices to customers.
* Keep on top of accounts payable and receivable - ensuring no payment is ever missed.
* Work closely with the team leads to keep everyone aligned on spend and cashflow.
* Spot opportunities to make our finance processes leaner, faster, and more effective.
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Being a registered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.) is a strong plus.
* Solid finance or accounting experience (ideally 2+ years) - SME or startup experience is a big plus.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and cashflow management.
* High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Comfortable using accounting software (we use Xero) and Google Workspace.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment without waiting to be told what to do.
