Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in our main office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, efficient, capable of working on their own initiative and as part of a team, and has an interest in developing their career in Administration.
This role will provide administrative support on a day-to-day basis, including front-of-house and office administration, data entry, filing, diary management, and record keeping. You will also assist with compiling information for weekly and monthly reports and provide administrative and project-work support as needed.

* Administrative Support for HR, Training, and other Office Functions
* Data Entry and Filing
* Diary Management and Record Keeping
* Assisting with Compiling Information for Weekly and Monthly Reports
* Administrative and Project-Work Support to all Managers as Needs Arise
