About the Role: Reporting directly to the COO, the HR Generalist will play a key role as a strategic partner to management and employees across NI, ROI and GB. You'll be responsible for the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and teams. Lead full-cycle recruitment activities and onboarding processes. Support development plans, succession strategies, and performance management. Provide expert guidance on employment legislation and HR best practices. Maintain and enhance HRIS and ensure GDPR compliance. Champion employee engagement, culture, and learning initiatives. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 1 year of experience within HR someone who is degree educated with a placement year within HR would be considered. Understanding of employment law in NI, ROI and GB. Proven experience with recruitment, employee relations and HR operations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
