We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Engineer to join our team in the Dublin/Leinster region. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing commissioned IMS connect product ranges, including Wi-Fi, IPTV, AV, Digital Signage, IP Telephony, Casting, and Energy Management.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Installation of IMS connect products across various locations
* Configuration assistance onsite and in IMS connect offices
* Support and maintenance of IMS connect systems
* Collaboration with colleagues on surveying, designing, and delivering network installations
* Stock management and logistic coordination
* Compliance with CRM, documentation, and communication platforms
* Representation of IMS connect with utmost professionalism and respect for all stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience:
">
* 2+ years' experience in electrical, energy, security, or networking sectors
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comprehensive organisational, prioritising, and planning skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and high work standards
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Full clean driving licence and Solas Safepass or similar CSCS access card
* Ability to travel throughout Ireland and internationally

Desirable Skills & Experience:

* Manual handling and working at heights certification
* Experience with software programmes Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, SharePoint etc.
* Familiarity with ticketing CRM platforms
