Regulatory Compliance Associate Director
As a senior leader in Quality Assurance, you will oversee the site program to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with corporate policies. The role involves developing and managing the on-site Quality Assurance program, ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines, and overseeing QA operational teams for timely and accurate audits, inspections, investigations, and reports.
* Develop strategic plans to improve quality performance and drive process optimization initiatives.
* Ensure effective communication between operations and regulatory bodies, manage client and agency interactions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and monitor effectiveness of QA systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing QA documentation, including SOPs, forms, and procedures.
* Providing regulatory training and leadership to QA and operations staff.
* Maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners.
