Financial Controller (International Healthcare Group)We're looking for a hands-onFinancial Controllerto run the day-to-day finance function. You'll protect financial integrity, tighten controls, and turn numbers into insight that helps the business make better decisions.Responsibilities include:Prepare and consolidate timely monthly management accounts and TBs to group deadlines.Own final GL balances and perform detailed month-end balance sheet and P&L reviews.Deliver clear, actionable financial insight to the Finance Director and Group Finance.Drive working capital improvements and reduce cash investment where possible.Lead month-end reviews with business unit directors and ensure accountability for issues raised.Coordinate AP/AR activities to support a timely close.Support the annual statutory audit and ensure compliance with tax, VAT, payroll and reporting requirements.Lead, mentor and develop a finance team, setting clear expectationsChampion process improvements and manage the impacts of system changes (ERP upgrades etc.).About youACA qualified with at least 5 years' PQE and a minimum of 3 years in a Financial Controller capacity.Experience managing larger teams (12+ people).Strong technical accounting knowledge and solid understanding of Irish and UK tax.Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines.Excellent analytical skills — you spot trends and anomalies and translate them into practical actions.Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Navision/BPC14 or similar) is a plus.This is a senior role in a high-impact division where finance acts as a true business partner.
