Full-time Retail & Forecourt Assistants
to join our friendly, dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of Supermac's and The Plaza Group.
*Applicants should have availability midweek and weekends.
About the Role
As a
Retail & Forecourt Assistant
, you'll help us deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
You'll support store operations, maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
Your day will involve serving customers, handling transactions, restocking shelves, maintaining hygiene standards, and keeping our store welcoming and well-presented.
Flexibility and teamwork are key.
What We're Looking For
Over 18
(required due to alcohol sales)
Previous retail or forecourt experience

Your Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly, efficient manner
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
Maintain store presentation – clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
Follow all company, hygiene (HACCP), and health & safety standards
Support stock management, merchandising, and waste minimisation
Prepare and monitor food safely according to regulations
