Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in structural/civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
* No less than 10 years of experience in building design and project management.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
