Area ManagerLocation: DublinSalary: DOE (Starting at €33k)Shift Hours: 39 weekly hours (Flexible)Our client is a well-established cleaning company who work with a wide range of businesses invarious industries. They are looking to hire an Area Manager for the Dublin region. Our client pridesthemselves on their high standards of service, client focus, and training of their cleaning staff. Thisposition will report to the Client Services Manager.The region in which you will work will be pre-arranged. You will be given access to a work car and anoffice space in our client's Headquarters. You will also receive a company phone and requiredtraining.Responsibilities:• Monitor and manage client sites• Liaise with Clients• Manage staff and supervise the quality and standards provided by your staff at various clientsites• Train staff on site as specified• Ensure the health and safety standards are maintained• Be involved in the recruitment of staff for your team• Complete payroll documentation• Complete any risk assessment, incident reports etc. where necessary• Champion and always promote our client• Carry out stock checks on equipment and supplies as requiredRequirements:• 2+ years of experience in a similar role• Full clean driving licence• Fluent in English• Excellent communication and organisation skills• Ability to work on own initiative and a team player• Computer literacyWork PermitYou must be eligible to work in Ireland and be an EU citizen or hold a Stamp 4 Visa.
