As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will oversee nightly operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
* Complete understanding of all aspects of night audit, computer operations, posting to accounts, night audit close day procedure, daily business control, daily report analysis, backup and general IT.
* Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff throughout the night.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, embodying Radisson RED's commitment to personalised service.
* Conduct night audits, manage financial transactions, and prepare detailed reports.
* Maintain the hotel's vibrant atmosphere and adhere to Radisson RED's service standards.

* Proven experience in a guest relations position, ideally within a hotel environment.
