Essentials
Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project management (residential or commercial preferred); proficiency in MS Office 365 and Procore software; Full driving licence.
Location
South Dublin based office, Greater Dublin based sites
Salary
€80,000 - €95,000

Responsibilities
Comprehensive Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality, on schedule, and within budget.
Strategic Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budget forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
Leadership and Team Management: Inspire and guide site teams, effectively delegating responsibilities to achieve project goals.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Build strong working relationships with directors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve on‑site issues swiftly, keeping all parties informed of updates and progress.
Financial Oversight: Track project budgets closely, address discrepancies promptly, and ensure cost objectives are achieved.
Ensuring Safety Compliance: Uphold health and safety regulations, fostering a secure and compliant work environment.
Digital Tools and Reporting: Leverage Procore software to manage project workflows, track finances, and ensure regulatory compliance.
