Customer Service Role Available
This is a permanent position as a customer service representative. The working hours are 5pm to 1am, Monday to Friday.
The role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and can work independently as part of a team.
We seek an individual with native language proficiency and fluency in spoken and written English.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Key responsibilities include addressing and resolving concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions, and account issues.
Additionally, the role involves providing clear guidance on company policies, promotions, and compensation plans.
Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of company products, business models, and compliance guidelines is also essential.
The successful candidate will accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
A strong ability to represent the company in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner is required.
Collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience is also a key aspect of this role.
The selected candidate will complete all company training and follow established policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Native language speaker of one or more language.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in network marketing, direct sales.
* Strong communications skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
