* We offer residential and non-residential services, including a day centre, street outreach, supported temporary accommodation, and seasonal cold weather responses.
* Our family services provide emergency accommodation, specific developmental support for children, resettlement service teams working with individuals moving on from homelessness to secure long-term housing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process referrals made to the service- Conduct assessments in a professional manner- Provide intensive work with clients to source and secure suitable accommodations
The focus will be on securing permanent housing solutions along with putting supports in place within their communities.
