As a leader in our sales office, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch operations. Your key objectives will include achieving performance levels across sales revenue and growth targets, staff engagement, customer service excellence, compliance, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the branch to achieve required performance levels.
* Proactively promote a one-stop-shop for retail and commercial insurance to deliver key objectives.
* Drive branch profitability and sustainability through local market presence.
* Manage and support full resource utilization through footfall, telephony, and fulfillment activity.
* Eliminate inefficient non-value activities and promote self-service convenience.
* Develop trusted relationships through proactive business, community, and affinity engagement.
* Manage staff performance through coaching, development, and support.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and governance procedures.
Qualifications
* MCC qualified in personal and commercial general insurance.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar/financial services role with proven ability to manage a team.
* Full clean driving license.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
* Clear understanding of performance management and products.
* Strong networking skills with key stakeholders.
