The Guest Services team handle the check-in of around 4,000 guests twice a week at each Village and are the key point of contact for guest queries, concerns and issues at any time of day or year. Each Guest Services team is integral to delivering an experience that will exceed guests’ expectations, from the moment they drive into Center Parcs, until the moment they leave.
GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANT | €14.42 per hour
Responsibilities
* Provide guests with advice, answer queries and resolve problems.
* Handle guest complaints and escalate issues where necessary.
* Check guests in at our Arrivals Lodge.
* Handle enquiries on the Maintenance Helpdesk.
* Book activities on our leisure booking system.
* Report faults to the Technical Services and Housekeeping departments.
About You
Essential requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A good level of computer literacy
* Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues
* Works well with others in a team
Desirable requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar role or environment
Hours of Work
You will be contracted to work 60 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
Your working hours will typically be Monday to Friday. However, flexibility will be required. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
