Overview Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; help to maintain financial compliance through accurate accounting of company expenses.
Responsibilities Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocation, and posting transactions Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries General Ledger management - Journal entry understanding Communicates with Accounting Manager, Purchasing Manager, and vendors as necessary Manages AP and AR accounts Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends Maintains regular and prompt attendance Perform other duties as assigned Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Required Skills And Experience Accounting/bookkeeping experience Data entry skills Quick Books experience preferred Netsuite experience a plus Odoo experience a plus Desired Qualities And Attributes Problem Solving Dealing with complexity Reporting research results Attention to detail Confidentiality Thoroughness Bimmer World is an equal opportunity employer.
