Job Opportunity:
As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining best practices aligned with relevant policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert support and guidance to management and employees on organizational policy queries and employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legislation and consistency across the organization.
* Support line managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Collaborate with line managers to onboard new employees effectively.
* Manage various processes as required, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
* Conduct regular HR audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
* Complete general HR administration duties as necessary.
* Recruit new hires and facilitate interviews to secure top talent.
* Report on trends and monitor agreed HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
* Maintain the organization's HR information system, ensuring data is accurate and compliant with GDPR and relevant acts.
* Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR programs, including Performance Management & Development, Employee Well-being, Employee Engagement, and Change Management.
* Participate actively in supervision and performance review as required.
Qualifications/Skills:
* Possess a degree in HR, Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field.
* CIPD certification or working towards CIPD certification is desirable.
* Minimum three years' experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is required.
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to build strong relationships with people.
* Strong IT and project management skills are essential.
* Able to work with HR systems effectively.
* Able to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail are crucial.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make clear, quick decisions.
